The information collected from this form is intended to respond to your requests for contact and/or registration and/or accreditation. They are subject to computer processing intended for ARVALIS – Institut du Végétal. Information marked with an asterisk is mandatory. Otherwise, your request cannot be processed or its processing will be delayed.
Personal data is shared with:
- the teams and staff in charge of the marketing department, the sales department, the department responsible for handling customer relations and prospecting, administrative departments, departments responsible for internal control procedures, logistics and IT departments as well as their line managers ;
- the departments responsible for control (internal service at ARVALIS but also the auditor, etc. )
- subcontractors under signed contracts mentioning their obligations in terms of security, confidentiality and integrity of personal data under the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulations and specifying in particular the security objectives to be achieved;
- current and future subsidiaries as well as companies under common control;
- ministerial officers, competent administrations and auxiliaries of justice, where applicable, in the context of the exercise of any procedure and/or provision of public order;
- exhibitors with e-badge readers when they scan a visitor's e-badge at their stand.
You have the right to access, query, modify and rectify information concerning you. You also have a right to object to the processing of your personal data for legitimate reasons, as well as a right to object to this data being used for commercial prospecting purposes. Finally, you have the right to define general and specific directives defining the way in which you intend to exercise these rights after your death.
